A king suite on this level has a Smart TV, direct patio access, and a private bathroom. A cheerful second bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bunkset, twin bunkset, and a Smart TV. A hallway full bathroom is available to this bedroom and those in the rec room, and a laundry facility with large capacity washer and dryer is centrally located.
A sliding glass door in the rec room provides easy access to the outdoor amenities. A covered patio is home to two outdoor showers, and a protective fence surrounds a refreshing private pool with lounge furniture for sun worshippers. A poolside gas grill and dining table create the perfect place for casual outdoor meals. At twilight, relax into a bubbling hot tub to star gaze and recount special memories of your beach vacation.

Stairs lead to a wonderful assortment of bedroom retreats on the first floor, all with Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and direct deck access. Two suites with private bathrooms are available, one with a king bed and Jacuzzi tub and the second with a queen bed. A family suite consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed that shares a full hallway bathroom with a bedroom furnished with two twin beds. A wraparound covered deck offers seating, hammocks and swings to relax and unwind in a lovely treed setting.

An expansive bank of windows brings beautiful natural light into the second floor great room featuring glistening hardwoods, vaulted ceilings and a soothing palette of sea foam green. The living area consists of two comfortable sofas (one with queen sleepsofa), cozy armchair, seasonal gas fireplace and a 55" Smart TV with home theater surround sound, Xbox 360 KINECT and Netflix. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the landing between the first and second floors. A fully-stocked kitchen features ample countertops, storage, a closet pantry, side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker, range/oven, microwave, two dishwashers, Keurig, and crock pot. Casual bar seating for four is at the kitchen island, and an elegant dining table has seating for ten guests.
Stairs lead up to a sun-filled loft with a table and four chairs, ideal for morning coffee, quiet conversations and board or card games. Great room doors open to a furnished sun deck to enjoy views and fresh sea breezes with a portion covered to provide a respite from the sun. A private bedroom suite completes the top level and features a king bed, armchair, direct covered deck access, and a luxury bathroom with dual sink vanity, shower, and Jacuzzi tub.

Updates for 2023: Fresh exterior paint, new bedroom furniture and paint in one of the queen bedrooms and the twins bedroom on the middle floor.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community Note: Community tennis and pickleball are available for guests. Please note that vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home, on-street parking is not available. Trailers, boats, and mobile homes can't be parked in Four Seasons unless they are enclosed in a home's carport/garage. Only licensed drivers can operate golf carts in the community. If you choose to rent a golf cart, register it at the community clubhouse before operating it in Four Seasons. The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
