A foyer with high ceilings and nautical touches greets you as you enter this home on the mid-level. There are five bedrooms total on the first floor. Three kings that each have their own private bath. The fourth king bedroom has a bath that is also accesible from the hallway. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a two twin bunksets. The two east-facing king bedrooms have sliding door access to the first floor deck that offers views of the ocean.

Convene in the open great room on the top floor that features hardwood floors, spectacular ocean views, and a distinctive dining area with an elongated table that seats 14, and an additional dining area that seats 4. The well-equipped kitchen was designed with granite countertops, two refrigerators, a six-burner Viking stove, stainless steel icemaker, and two dishwashers. The great room is furnished with soft leather sofas and armchairs, which beckon family members to sit and relax at day's end. There is armchair seating in a sitting area with a wet bar that includes a mini-fridge, sink, and icemaker as you get to the top of the stairs. Some may even prefer the cozy lofted ship's watch, an ideal spot to relax with a book and watch the waves roll in.
