The upper level features a spacious great room with generous arching windows, fabulous ocean views, and a seasonal gas fireplace. A large comfortable seating area and a bright modern kitchen with double ranges, double ovens, Keurig, and two dishwashers is available. There is a generous dining area with three large tables with seating for 26. Two king bedrooms with private baths, deck access, and breathtaking ocean views can be found on this level. And, for the perfect spot to retreat to at day's end, join family and friends on the upper level oceanfront deck and watch the pelicans and dolphins moving gracefully along the horizon.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by propane. Max temp is 85 degrees.
Elevator: There are six steps up to access the elevator on the ground level. It opens on the foyer on the 1st floor, and in the dining area on the 2nd (top) floor.
Updates for 2024: New outdoor TV in the cabana bar, new refrigerators in the kitchen, new tile showers in both second floor bedrooms' bathrooms, and the upper back deck and stairs were updated.
Updates for 2023: New sofa, ottoman, and table-style arcade machine with 60 games in the rec room, and the rec room foosball table was replaced with a foosball cofee table.
