The rec room has a pool table and an arcade game, along with a mounted TV and a bar area with a full-sized refrigerator, sink, and a beverage cooler. The in-home theater room is furnished with comfy sofa and armchair seating centered around a large flat screen TV for the best movie viewing spot in the house. Two bedrooms on this level have king beds and private baths with custom-tiled walk-in showers. Laundry facilities are available on this level.
Sliding glass doors from the rec room lead to the poolside covered deck that overlooks your private pool, which you can enjoy all vacation long! A wide sparkling pool with a shallow end for in-pool loungers, a poolside hot tub, poolside cabana, outdoor ping-pong, outdoor shower, and plenty of outdoor seating for the entire group. On top of all that, there is a private beach walkway over the dune to the beautiful beach of Kill Devil Hills.

The middle floor offers seven bedrooms in total. Three are on the east end of the house with views of the ocean, and two are located off the main house, accessible via the covered deck that separates the two living spaces. There are two king bedrooms with private baths with walk-in showers, one with direct deck access. The two queen bedrooms have private baths with walk-in showers, both with direct access to the east deck. The bunk room is furnished with a twin bunk and a pyramid bunk and has a private bath with a shower/tub. A coffee/wet bar centrally located on this level near the foyer has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee makers, and a sink. A desk and chair are available for those who need to check in on work while away from the office.
A covered deck connects the main house and the auxiliary dwelling, offering two additional bedrooms for this level. There is a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds over one queen bed. These rooms share a bathroom that has a shower/tub. Located in the king room is a wet bar with a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink.

The top floor features top-tier views of the Atlantic and a large gathering space for your whole crew to enjoy time together. The great room and dining area are located along the east end of the open concept space, and a sliding glass door leads out to an open deck with outdoor seating. The kitchen is well-equipped so the cooks of the group will surely enjoy making meals for everyone. There are stainless steel appliances and a stunning 14' island. On the west end of this level, you'll find a shuffleboard table and a second sliding glass door that leads to another open deck. A king bedroom rounds out the top floor of the main house with a private bath with a walk-in shower, a large closet, and a private deck with uninterrupted ocean views.
A covered breezeway leads to a separate two-bedroom living area. One bedroom has a king bed and the second has two twins. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub. A wet bar with a sink, mini-fridge, and microwave are available in the king bedroom.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
