The entry door is through the covered parking area into the entryway with a laundry area and a huge closet to store your beach gear. 

Mid Level: As you make your way up to the mid-level, you will find 4 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is a King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom # 2, containing a DuoBunk (Twin over Full), flat-screen TV and deck access. Bedroom #3 is a King Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access, and shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom #4, which is furnished with 2 Twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and deck access. From the covered deck, you can access the pool area, hot tub, or the top-level sun deck. 

Top Level: You are greeted by a Great room with vaulted ceilings, sizable windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, flat-screen cable TV/DVD, and deck access with ocean vistas. The dining area seats 8 with a wet bar/sink combo. The well-equipped kitchen has refreshed appliances, a breakfast bar seating 5, and deck access. Off the Great Room is access to Bedroom #5, the King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and sunroom access with sound vistas, and a private full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower.  As a additional, make your way up to the loft, from the dining area, which has seating for 6.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. After booking, you will receive an e-mail to sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment electronically. You will have 3 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance deposit to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.

It was 1978 when Eddie and Lou Miller first opened Miller’s Seafood and Steakhouse. As a teenager, their son Brian spent his summers working in the restaurant, getting familiar with the family business. After college, Brian and his wife Beth came back to Kill Devil Hills and began working together at Miller’s. Brian and Beth officially purchased the restaurant from Eddie and Lou in 2007. A few years later they opened American Pie together, and both restaurants now carry on the Miller family tradition of quality, excellence and hospitality.

 

“I learned everything about the restaurant business from my parents,” Miller says. “They ran the business together for all those years, and now my wife and I are doing the same. “Throughout the summer, we’re feeding around 2,000 people a day in our two restaurants. It’s a challenge we embrace every season, and we get a lot of fulfillment from making it all work.”

 

The Millers focus on two main specialties: high quality foods and unparalleled service. Seafood at Miller’s is fresh and locally caught, and they serve high-quality Angus beef, fresh pastas and homemade desserts. At American Pie, guests enjoy hand-tossed pizzas and homemade ice cream.

 

“We put a lot of time and effort into ensuring the products we bring in are top-notch,” Miller says. “Our customers know that when they visit our restaurants, they’ll be getting the quality and consistency they’ve come to know and love.”
