Lovingly constructed by our family in 1988/89, Seafive is a heartfelt tribute to our dad, who proudly served in the Air Force, flying C5 cargo planes. Appreciate the cool ocean breezes from multiple decks on both floors. Whether you're looking to relax on the beach, spend quality time with family, or simply appreciate the serene beauty of coastal living, Seafive offers the ideal setting. With both modern amenities and classic appeal, this beach home is the ideal place for your next memorable vacation.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with ample storage for beach gear and an outside shower.

Top Level: The great room, kitchen and dining room were designed with high, natural pine ceilings and enormous windows creating a bright, airy ambiance with open vistas. Great room with electric fireplace, kitchen, half bath, dining area and access to the screened porch ideal for peaceful meals or simply appreciating the shade and fresh air. Queen Master Bedroom with deck access and private bathroom.

Extras: TVs, electric fireplace, wireless internet access, gas grille, outside shower, screened porch, high chair, Keurig & standard coffee makers, carport and linens and towels included. No Smoking. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
