There are two bedrooms furnished with queen beds and TVs and both provide views, private baths, and direct access to the expansive wraparound covered deck. A laundry room with utility sink and folding table is centrally located.

The top level great room has hardwood floors, high ceilings and abundant windows to showcase pleasing lake views. The living area is furnished with two sofas, an armchair, and a rocker arranged around a flat screen TV and seasonal gas fireplace. Escape to the cozy loft with arm chair, ottoman, and lamp -- perfect for relaxing with a good book. A well equipped kitchen overlooks the great room and offers chefs abundant storage, counter space and casual bar seating for four. Stainless steel appliances include a full refrigerator, icemaker, Keurig coffee maker, range/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Waterfront dining is available at a large table with seating for twelve guests. Doors lead to a wraparound sun deck that offers seating, an outdoor dining table, water views and fresh sea breezes. This floor is completed with a queen bedroom, TV, and offers its own sun deck and a private bath with dual sink vanity. A half bathroom is conveniently located on the landing between the first and second levels.

Updates for 2023: Fresh exterior paint, fresh ceiling paint, new can lights, nearly all doors and trim painted white, three new chaise loungers and four new polywood Adirondack chairs with footstools by the pool, and a new ceiling fan in the ground floor bunk room.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
