The rec room on the ground level provides comfortable seating, a large flatscreen TV, Xbox Kinect, and arcade games (Golden Tee Gold, Centipede, Missile Command, and Millipede). A conveniently located kitchenette offers a full-sized refrigerator, sink, and microwave.
Warm, sunny days invite your family to lounge on expansive decks or to swim in your private pool. Evening skies create the perfect backdrop to nights spent relaxing in the hot tub. Once you're rested and it's time to explore, head to the private beach access for long walks on the beach, shelling, swimming, and sun bathing to the soothing sounds of Atlantic surf.

Four inviting bedrooms make up the middle level. Three king bedrooms each offer a private bath, covered deck access, and one has a walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom has two twin bunks and a private bath. Laundry facilities are available on this level.

The great room has grand cathedral ceilings and sliding door access to the sun deck. A dining area has sliding door access to a screened-in porch. The kitchen provides plenty of countertop space, a pantry, bar seating, Keurig, and two standard drip coffee makers. A half bath is centrally located on this floor. The king bedroom provides two walk-in closets, two cozy armchairs, direct access to the sun deck, and a large private bathroom with dual vanities, shower, and Jacuzzi tub.

Updates for 2023: Fresh interior paint, new 75" TV in rec room, new TVs in all bedrooms, new sectional in great room, new Sonos sound system for great room and rec room.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TVs: The great room TV has a cable box for cable TV access, and all others have the Spectrum app for cable access as well as access to streaming access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. (guests use own logins).
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powells Point. Enjoy exclusive K Club benefits compliments of the homeowner, including discounted green fees (reserve tee times in advance), and reduced costs for Wild Horse Tours, Kitty Hawk Kites adventures, and more.
