Located just over a mile north of Duck, you can easily ride bikes to the village center via a paved multi-use path to enjoy seasonal events, shops, dining options, watersports activities, and more!

Outdoor amenities include a private beach access for journeys to and from the beach, an enclosed outdoor shower, sheltered outdoor living area, and a convenient outdoor half bath. Spend vacation time sunbathing under coastal skies, beach combing for treasures, or romping in ocean waves. Evenings on the seashore can include long walks, quiet conversations, or ghost crabbing with youngsters. Guests also have access to the community's private sound access with a picnic area and dock, where you can launch a kayak and try your skill at stand-up paddleboarding or fish and crab.

Stairs lead to the first level that features a brilliantly sunny great room with shimmering hardwoods, 9' ceilings, and ocean vistas. The living area offers sofa and armchair seating, a large flatscreen TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace. A bright and airy kitchen has ample cabinets and countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an in-freezer icemaker, range, oven, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, and beverage fridge. The adjacent dining table seats ten guests. Sliding glass doors open to a large furnished sun deck, where guests can savor sunrise coffee, afternoon leisure, and evening refreshments to the sights and sounds of the Atlantic.
A family suite on the first floor is comprised of an ocean view king bedroom with a TV, direct deck access, and a private bath with dual sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. A second bedroom is furnished with two twin bunks. A hallway bathroom is available to this bedroom and those enjoying great room amenities.

A queen with a TV shares a full bathroom with guests in the adjacent queen bedroom. The 9' ceilings bring a spacious feel to this level. A sitting area with a sofa rounds out this level.
