This home is located on a stretch of the Beach Road that offers great options for restaurants, ice cream shops, art galleries, and activities. Enjoy close proximity to local favorites such as Jockey's Ridge State Park, Tortuga's Lie restaurant, family-friendly Dowdy Park, multiple coffee shops, the Outer Banks YMCA, putt-putt golf, and the Nags Head Fishing Pier. A short drive takes you to Bodie Island Lighthouse, Jennette's Pier, and many other Outer Banks attractions.

A half bath connects to the rec room and is conveniently located just inside the sliding door that leads to the pool. For movie night, unwind in the theater room with four theater-style chairs, two Lovesac bean bags, and an Xbox (please bring your own games). Bedding on the ground floor includes three king bedrooms with private baths, one of which offers a sliding glass door that opens to the pool area.

Bright, spacious, and offering the best views in the house, the top floor of this home is the place to gather! Wall-to-wall windows frame stunning views, and a sliding door leads to the open deck, where you can feel the breeze and enjoy the sound of the ocean on the outdoor table. Inside, two sofas and cozy accent chairs are situated around a seasonal gas fireplace and a mounted flatscreen TV. Two custom dining room tables make up the eating area. The kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless appliances, including two refrigerators, a wine cooler, a gas range, two dishwashers, a stainless sink, and a standalone ice maker. A Keurig and standard coffee makers are provided. Kitchen extras include a panini press and a Vitamix blender.

Special Events Welcome: $1,500 special event fee and $2,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 50 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home.
