Relax inside one of the beach gazebos and listen to the sounds of the sea, or head to the waves for fun in the sun!The community outdoor pool is available from May 1st to the end of October. The community pool is not heated. For the electric car charging stations, the price is $1.50/hour. Please be courteous and move your vehicle after charging. If your car is not electric, be sure to not park in these spaces to avoid being towed.For your convenience, sheets, towels, and bedmaking are provided.There is no elevator available at this unit or building. Top Level: Lovely panoramic ocean views abound from this level. The great room sitting area has two sofa beds, a gas fireplace, HDTV with DVD and stereo, and movie and book libraries. There are two large dining tables overlooking the ocean which seat 12 each. The handsome and spacious well-equipped gourmet kitchen provides plenty of prep workspace, two dishwashers, an island wet bar with beverage fridge and six bar stools, and a center island with a five-burner flat cooktop.
