The ground floor offers a rec room with a shuffleboard table and a foosball table, as well as a wet bar with a sink and a full-sized refrigerator. Exit the rec room and go out to the covered poolside deck to enjoy a coastal breeze off the ocean. The east-facing pool area features a 24' x 14' private pool, a hot tub, and poolside seating. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off any salt and sand before taking a dip in the pool or retreating inside for the night.

A large kitchen island with seating and a large dining table make it simple to share meal time as a group. A sliding glass door leads from the great room and dining area to the oceanview top deck. Two king bedrooms round out this level, both with smart TVs and private bathrooms with a custom tile walk-in shower.
