Outdoors, you will find a fully fenced pool area with a hot tub and a covered poolside lounge space.

The top floor of Wild Goose offers an open concept great room, kitchen, and dining area. The great room has ample sofa seating positioned around a flatscreen TV and a seasonal gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with two sinks, two dishwashers, two full-sized refrigerators, two Keurigs, a microwave, a glass top stove, and a double oven. A large island offers bar seating and plenty of extra space to prepare meals for your entire group. The dining area has a long table with seating for 16. Large windows on both sides of the great room allow for an abundance of natural light to brighten the room. Bedding on this level includes a king with a separate sitting room with office area and a private bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub, and a tiled walk-in shower.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
