All the best is provided in this Outer banks seaside home in Section O of Ocean Sands. Located in a conveniently located community composed of quiet streets, We Are... Beachin' is an easy distance from grocery stores, shops, and more importantly, the beach! Enjoy the sea breezes from this lovely home with detailed wood accents and a warm, comfortable decor. This house has it all: five bedrooms connect to bathrooms, and three bedrooms open up to large decks. There's an ocean view from the cozy top-level loft, dining area and decks, and views of the lake. The ground level game room provides an extra living area and has a pool table. Enjoy lots of space around the private pool for lounging, playing and eating outside. Two grills are provided, one gas and one charcoal, so you can prepare a meal while the kids take an early evening splash in the pool. The large hot tub is covered by an upper deck, and is a wonderful place to rejuvenate after long days spent at the beach. It's an easy, straight walk to the ocean, and just two lots from the lake. Access to large community pool and tennis is available to guests of Ocean Sands. Unwind and replenish with a stay at We Are... Beachin'.

Two mid-level bedrooms have access to a covered deck, one king, and one queen with a shared bath. A third bedroom has a pyramid bunk and a trundle, and the fourth offers two twins with access to a sunny porch and shares a full bath with the king bedroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Community Pool & Tennis: Guests of this home have access to the private Ocean Lakes Swim & Tennis Club just down the road, as well as the tennis courts located in Ocean Sands Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way on the other side of the Club's pool. A stocked fishing lake is located nearby, please note that a fishing license is required to fish.
