The sun and covered decks are the ideal location to enjoy fresh sea breezes and views over the water. Grills are available for casual BBQ nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped and provides a full refrigerator with ice maker, range/stove, microwave, a dishwasher, Keurig (as well as normal coffee maker) and bar seating for casual dining. A picnic table is located on the front sun deck for outdoor meals. This floor is completed with a king bedroom with TV and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity, shower and Jacuzzi tub.
