The two queen bedrooms on this floor each have flat screen TVs, and a third bedroom has a pyramid bunk. A porch swing is located on the first floor front porch, acting as a relaxing locale to read a book.

Upstairs, the great room has a bright, comfortable layout for gathering. You'll find your own special place on the variety of sun decks and covered porches. A seasonal fireplace and TV are at the center of the living area, and the kitchen is well stocked to make a vacation meal. (Note: a regular coffee maker is available as well as a Keurig.) The dining area comfortably seats 10, and there are additional chairs at the bar for extra seating. The king bedroom offers a private bath that has a whirlpool tub.

Tennis: Guests in Section E of Ocean Sands have access to tennis courts located in Sections D, F, and J. The Section D court is located at the corner of Marlin Way and White Whale Way. The Section F court is located at the corner of Sandfiddler Trail and Surf Song Lane. The Section J court is located at Seabird Way. (Please note that the Section J court is separate from the private Swim & Tennis Club courts and pool located nearby, which is not part of this home's amenities.)
