Laundry facilities on this level provide one full washer and dryer unit. Outdoors, guests can dive into a refreshing private pool or lounge poolside under crisp blue North Carolina skies. A rear pool gate leads to an inviting pathway that winds through the community and connects to the beach access. Upon your return, take advantage of the rinsing shower to wash away sand and salt water. A fish cleaning station is available to fishermen (and women) lucky enough to land a cobia, mackerel or flounder! And, as the sun sets, settle into the hot tub on the mid-level covered deck. It's the ideal retreat for rejuvenation while enjoying soothing coastal breezes.

The first floor provides bedroom suites designed around a cozy den furnished with a queen sleepsofa and flat screen TV and offering a private balcony. A bedroom with a queen bed shares a full bathroom with a bedroom equipped with a double bed. Both rooms have direct access to the covered deck with hot tub and hammock swing. The third bedroom features a king bed and has its own private balcony and a bathroom with dual sink vanity.

This sun-filled great room provides two comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a beverage fridge arranged around a seasonal gas fireplace and mounted 65-inch Smart TV with Sonos Beam. Doors lead from the great room to an oversized deck with outdoor furniture to enjoy early morning coffee and evening cocktails, and steps lead up to a loft furnished with a table and chairs for lively card games. The dining area has a table that seats eight and provides direct access to a screened-in porch furnished for al fresco dining. A modern kitchen has granite countertops and provides cooks with a range/oven, full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, crockpot, coffee maker with Keurig option, and offers bar seating for more casual dining. A half bath is centrally located for easy access. The top floor is completed with a distinguished king bedroom that has a private balcony with ocean view and a private bath with dual sink vanity.

Updates for 2024: The loveseat in the den was replaced with a queen sleepsofa, a new 65'' TV, two amps, Sonos Beam, and 115-can beverage cooler added to the great room, and new Timber Tek decks off of the great room and second floor king bedroom.
Updates for 2023: New front deck and the twin bedroom on the first floor was changed to a queen bed.
Updates for 2022: New 32'' Smart TVs in all of the bedrooms and in the 1st floor den; new dining room table; two new polywood Adirondack chairs and a polywood table with six chairs added outside.
