You and your vacation group are not limited in outdoor fun options while staying at Seaquester. The fully-fenced private pool area has a large L-shaped pool with a pool slide, poolside loungers, and a hot tub. In the front yard, there is a volleyball area, a basketball hoop, and a horseshoe pit. An enclosed outdoor shower is attached to the house for ease in rinsing off before retreating inside for the evening.

The media den on this level is where you can stretch out or curl up and watch a movie or your favorite TV show. There is sofa and armchair seating, an arcade game, and a flat screen TV. Three bedrooms are available on this floor. One king bedroom has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second king bedroom and the bedroom with a pyramid and twin bunk share a full bathroom with a shower/tub. A sliding glass door from both the king bedrooms and the media den leads out to the covered deck that wraps around three sides of the house and has a loveseat hammock swing. Exterior stairs allow you to go to the ground and the top level deck without having to go through the house.

The top floor offers an open space with a great room, dining area, kitchen, and an oceanview sitting area. The views of the ocean are uninterrupted, so sitting and watching the sun come up in the morning or simply listening to the waves roll in from the deck is quite the spot to be! The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a double oven, a microwave, and other small appliances to make meal times the most enjoyable. The dining area is at the center of the open space, and the oceanview sitting area is located for the most optimal views with a sofa, a love seat, and a couple of ottomans. A sliding glass door opens from the sitting area to the open deck that wraps from the east to the south side of the house. A king bedroom on this level has a private bath with a shower/tub and a sliding glass door for direct deck access.
