This stylish home offers an elevator, a rec room, a private pool, and five well-appointed bedrooms with TVs, including two with private baths and one with a shared bath. With a central Duck location that affords convenient access to both the beach and the village, a quick walk or bike ride will get you just about anywhere. And as guests of this home, you can enjoy access to the community outdoor pool and tennis court. The owners of Southern Comfort have provided extras to make your stay enjoyable, including a beach cart, golf cart, beach chairs, a large dog crate, and Le Bleu water system. Comfort is what it's all about in this Southern-styled home.

On the ground level, you'll enjoy the rec room with a foosball table, a 55'' flat screen TV with Netflix and surround sound, and a wet bar with a microwave, sink, coffee maker, and small refrigerator making a trip to the upstairs kitchen unnecessary while you're relaxing by the large pool. A den acts as a sixth bedroom offering a queen bed. The full bath is accessible via the rec room as well as the pool area. The garage space offers tons of amenities to add to the fun: A ping pong table, golf cart, beach/pool toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and an extra refrigerator are available for your use. There is a beach cart to assist in your trip down to the water, and two outside showers make rinsing off after a trip to the beach a breeze. Outdoor seating, a hot tub, and a bocce ball court are also available.

The middle level is for those quiet mornings to sleep in or just for spending time on the lovely covered deck reading a book. Bedding includes two king bedrooms (one has a private bath), a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk. The second king bedroom has access to a full bath that can also be accessed from the hallway. The two king bedrooms have direct access to the covered back deck. The queen bedroom features its own private covered porch with a table and two chairs. A laundry room is located on this level.

On the top level, the great room is ready for you to share meals or relax on the deck. The great room has a 45" flat screen TV with Netflix and a wet bar. Coffee lovers in the group will find a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker in the kitchen. An outdoor spiral staircase leads to the ship's watch with built-in bench seating for enjoying panoramic views of Duck and the Atlantic Ocean. And with an elevator at your disposal, it's easy to get your groceries or luggage to the top floor. The king bedroom on this level is luxurious with its own private deck great for sipping coffee in the morning, and a fully tiled bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate shower.

Community note: The Town of Duck has beach equipment policies to help keep visits to the shore enjoyable and safe.
Updates for 2025: New and refinished hardwood and tile flooring throughout the house (carpeting removed), fresh interior paint (any wallpaper being removed), pool area and decking updates, new countertops in kitchen and rec room, the bunk room will have a twin-over-queen bunk (twin bunk removed), the room on the ground floor where the pool table is located will be a new queen bedroom (pool table no longer available), new outdoor seating and dining tables, all new bedding, new ping-pong table in garage. Subject to change until complete.
Please note: Fireplace not available for guest use.
Golf cart: The golf cart is not "street legal" and can only be driven on side roads in the subdivision. Only street legal golf carts can be driven on Duck Road.
