The ground level offers several inviting gathering areas, including the den with large flatscreen TV and the rec room with a pool table, foosball table, card table, oversized couch, flatscreen TV, and wet bar with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave). Two bedrooms, each with a pyramid bunk and flatscreen TVs, are ideal for the youngster vacationers in your group. Outside, a glistening pool, hot tub, basketball goal, landscaped grounds, outdoor dining table, and lounge furniture provide the entire family with the perfect setting to play. The outdoor shower and half bath keep the sand out, too.

The upper level is perfectly situated to take in ocean views with a considerable great room with a wraparound seasonal gas fireplace, classically appointed furnishings, large screen TV, a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (a Keurig and drip coffee maker are provided), and a separate dining and breakfast area. Many beautiful contrasting wood tones are found throughout the room. A king bedroom with a private bath and flatscreen TV accesses the deck with built-in benches and elevated chairs for prime ocean views.

Updates for 2024: New exterior steps from middle floor east deck to pool area, new steps to dune deck, new furniture pieces throughout the ground and first floors (including a new sofa in the rec room), all hardwood flooring was refinished (new hardwood flooring in second floor king), new carpet on second floor, new TVs throughout (all TVs are Smart TVs), new grill.
Pool: Pool heated by propane. Max. pool temp is 85 degrees.
TVs: All TVs are Smart TVs. Cable access is available via the Spectrum app on the Smart TVs.
