Guests love Ocean Hill for its proximity to the 4x4 beaches where wild horses roam, the Currituck Lighthouse (which you can see from the house!), and the many fun shops, restaurants, and attractions of Corolla. Most importantly, this house is close to the beach - you can enjoy ocean views from the home, and the community beach access is a two minute walk away on a quiet neighborhood street, so you'll have easy access to the stunning coastline of Corolla.

Central to the ground floor is the rec room, which includes a 9' shuffleboard table (including bowling pin game), arcade machine with 60 games, Golden Tee 2020 game with 50'' monitor, as well as a full size refrigerator. The ground floor bedroom has a spacious layout with two twin bunk sets and a separate media area with a futon and flat screen TV - this room is perfect for the young or young at heart in your group! A shared full bathroom completes this level.
Outside, amenities include a saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, grilling area with 2 gas grills and a pergola, outdoor ping pong table, and basketball hoop.

The middle level is dedicated to four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms, one king and one queen, have private baths and sliding glass door access to the covered deck. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is a den with a queen sleepsofa and a wet bar with a sink and a beverage cooler. A full hall bath is located on this level.

Light and open, the top level is the best spot to gather at The Sea Sweet. Two plush sofas and cozy armchairs surround a large flat screen TV. The adjacent dining room is encircled by windows and provides seating for 10 (4 additional barstools are available at the bar). The kitchen includes stainless appliances, as well as extras including a Keurig Elite. A king bedroom with a private bath and deck access rounds out this level.

Pool: Saltwater pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Community note: Guests have access to the Villages of Ocean Hill's community pools and tennis courts. The fitness center is available for a fee. Trailers, boats, jet-skis, campers, and RVs are not allowed to be parked in the Villages of Ocean Hill unless they are under the house and out of view from the street and cul-de-sac.
