Inside you'll find the Recroom with pool table, flat-screen TV, arcade game table (including PacMan, Donkey Kong, Ms. PacMan, etc.) and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink and microwave. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks, flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway). Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms each with flat-screen TVs and deck access, Bedroom with 2 Queens, flat-screen TV and semi-private bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway).

Top Level: Open great room with flat-screen TV and deck access, kitchen with 2 dishwashers and counter seating for 4, dining area seating 10 with deck access and an elevated breakfast nook seating 4. King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and a semi-private bathroom (shared with living areas). Heated Pool available for a $500 weekly fee and includes guest use of the gas firepit. Without pool heat the firepit will not be available to guests. 

This property does not provide beach chairs.
Gas Fireplace is not available for guest use.  

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
