Mid Level: Main entry and entryway.  2 King Master Bathrooms each with private deck access and private bathroom with tiled shower. King Master Bedroom with deck access, and private bathroom with tiled shower. Hallway laundry area with washer and dryer. 

Top Level: Open Great room with electric fireplace with deck access. Kitchen with stainless appliances and island seating 4. Dining room with deck access, elevated loft area and a King Master Bedroom with private deck, walk in closet and huge private bathroom with dual vanity and tiled shower. 

Extras: Private Pool (heated for $500), ELEVATOR, electric fireplace, gas grille, high speed internet, Keurig and traditional coffee makers, linens and towels supplied and Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 10 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). No Smoking. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
