The entire ground level offers a multitude of outdoor entertainment opportunities: the expanded pool area has a hot tub, grill, lounge seating, and a table with umbrella for the shade seekers. A screened in lower level porch features a ping pong table, card table, and ceiling fans to keep the space cool.

The mid-level features a rec room with a pool table, a 4-person arcade machine with over 4,700 games on it, a media area with a flat screen TV, a card table, a microwave, and a sink. Six bedrooms are located on the mid-level, including four kings with private baths, two of which have access to covered decks overlooking the pool. One of the kings has special access amenities. The remaining two bedrooms each have two twin bunks and share a bath.

Nautical decor with classic finishes and stunning hardwood greet you on the top level, which receives lots of natural light and incorporates the common areas. Amenities include a well-stocked kitchen (including a Keurig), dining area with two high chairs, living room with flat screen, and two decks, one overlooking the pool, and the other looking on towards the ocean. The spacious second floor king has a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and separate shower.

Updates for 2025: Fresh interior paint throughout the entire house. Subject to change until complete.
Updates for 2023: Four new twin-size bunkbeds (two twin beds with trundles replaced with twin bunks), pool area decking replaced, a 4-person arcade machine with 4,708 games on it added to the rec room.
Special Access Amenities: The top-level king and a mid-level king have private bathrooms with a low-barrier shower with grab bars. None of our homes are ADA compliant. Please call our office for more specific information.
Fireplaces: Fireplaces are not available for guest use.
Golf: Guests of this home can enjoy discounted green fees at Kilmarlic Golf Club, a Tom Steele designed course in Powell's Point. Neighborhood & Community: Sea Oats Park offers a playground, soccer field, basketball court, and picnic area. The Soundview Park on N. Dogwood Trail provides panoramic water views, a children's playground, a kayak launch, and more that makes it a great spot for a picnic or family outing. All of our Southern Shores homeowners are members of the SSCA Tennis Club, so you will receive an access code to the Hillcrest Tennis Courts, located just past the corner of Hillcrest Drive and Sea Oats Trail. Please note that vehicles must display a SSCA guest parking pass on the dashboard in community parking areas.
