Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Path to Beach: Due to shifting ocean currents and wind, it is normal for sand accumulation to cover the walkway and gazebo floor at this home. Weather and ocean currents can affect the dune, adding or removing sand from the walkway area. Coastal Area Management Act (CAMA) regulations protect the oceanfront dune line, and prevent "digging out" walkways when sand accumulation occurs.Please note that driving in the backyard is not permitted, as it will damage the underground irrigation system.Special Access Amenities: This home offers a ramp to the ground floor entrance as well as an elevator.
