The gas fireplace is available from November to March. The screened porch is located right off the dining area, and provides a wonderful alternative for dining al fresco.This cozy cottage features five bedrooms, including three en suites. Plenty of lounging opportunities abound with the multi-level decks and plenty of outdoor seating.Outside, you'll find a 16'x33' private pool, open from around May 7th to the 2nd week of October. The ground level has a single carport, storage room, outdoor shower, and fish cleaning area. From the pool deck, there is a path for easy access to the beach, just over the dune. Level five houses an office area with two desks and a workstation, along with a bedroom with the highest skylight in Avon. Three of the four main suites are oceanfront, two have deck access, and three have a sofa/seating area and a private bath. One of the guest bedrooms is also oceanfront.
