Take a dip in your own private pool or hang out underneath the carport. There is an outdoor shower for you to use to get that sand off. For the grill masters of the group, they will enjoy the gas grill provided. Walk into the home and discover an elevator to help carry your items up. (Please note that the elevator reaches up to the third level, with the fourth level easily accessible by stairs.) On the second level, challenge your friends to a game of pool and enjoy libations from the wet bar. Head out on the deck and feel the gentle ocean breezes on your face. Also on this level are two bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms are King En Suites with guests enjoying a private bathroom. If you want fresh clean towels while on vacation, make use of the laundry room provided on this level. Up on the third level is where memories are sure to be created! Look out the vast windows and catch a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean staring at you. Feel free to open a window to catch some breezes off the beach. On this level, you will find a full, modern kitchen with bar stool seating, a half bathroom, and a comfortable great room with an electric fireplace. There is a dining table to enjoy a great meal together or play your favorite board games. The coffee will taste even better sitting in the breakfast nook near the kitchen. Venture out onto the outdoor deck and enjoy your favorite beverage while you listen to the outdoor sounds of the Outer Banks. Upstairs on the fourth level, you will find the two Queen En Suites. There is a loft space here for more relaxation. The kids of all ages will enjoy the arcade game on this level as well. When it is time to go to the beach, there is a private beach walkway for the entire oceanfront community to use. You will find bench seating and a gazebo as you walk towards the ocean. The view from the top of the steps never gets old. Nestled in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you will be close to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, local shops, restaurants, and attractions, ensuring an unforgettable getaway at Moonlit Manor! This home receives daily oceanfront umbrella and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) umbrella and (4) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.** **Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.** **Moonlit Manor is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.** **Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.** Check-in begins at 4pm. Everyone’s raving about beautiful, soundside Irene's Dream! Located on a large, quiet corner lot in Kinnakeet Shores, this home is a five-minute walk from a beach access point and the community's pool and tennis courts. You'll also be conveniently close to a Food Lion and nearby restaurants in Avon. The circular drive, which has a basketball goal, accommodates parking for several cars. The first level of the house has a large game room with a wet bar, a full-size pool table, and a media area with a 60-inch 4K Ultra HDTV, surround sound, and an Xbox One. Also on the first level is a main suite with a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a 46-inch HDTV. From the game room, head out to the private, 36 x 14, in-ground heated pool with double showers and sundecks. Next to the pool area, which is also accessible by stairs from the upper deck levels, is a stainless gas grill for outdoor entertaining. Four bedrooms are located on the second level, with three of them offering individual access to the second-level deck and hot tub. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and a 40-inch HDTV, sharing a bathroom with another bedroom with two twin beds and a 32-inch HDTV. The third bedroom is a queen primary suite with a semi-private full bathroom, which is also accessible from the main hallway. The fourth bedroom on the second level contains two bunk beds, a 40-inch HDTV, and a DVD player. The full-size washer/dryer are also located on the second level. The third level opens into an expansive great room with cathedral ceilings, a half-bath, warm furnishings, a gas fireplace, a game table, and a 55-inch HDTV and DVD player. Also located on this level, within the open-concept design, are a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large dining area. The sixth bedroom - a primary suite with a private full bathroom - has access to the third-level deck and a 32-inch HDTV. From the great room, you can access the third-level deck overlooking the pool area as well as a wrap-around sundeck with views of the ocean and sound. From this deck, climb the stairs to the sun tower for beautiful sunrises on the ocean and spectacular sunsets on the sound. While the Outer Banks is a place overflowing with culture and history, this village - located after driving down the sometimes pencil-thin straights of Highway 12 - is at the very bottom of Hatteras Island, itself one of the south barrier islands of the OBX. At Elusive Daydream, the beach permeates every moment! This Cape Hatteras home is perched directly on one of the best beaches for surfing, fishing, and swimming on Hatteras Island, with the famed Cape Hatteras Lighthouse less than a mile away. You can even see the lighthouse from the top floor, and watch the light sweep across the ocean at night as you listen to the waves crash from your comfortable living room or bedroom. The views here are spectacular. If you bring your binoculars, you can see the wild waves of The Point. You can also catch regular glimpses of dolphins swimming just offshore and seabirds diving for fish. The oceanfront great room on the top floor has beautiful tongue-and-groove cedar accents, comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV with Roku and Spectrum cable, a gas fireplace, and decks with outstanding views. Sweet dreams await in the oceanfront primary bedroom on this level, which includes an attached bathroom with a jetted bathtub. You can watch the sun rise up out of the ocean without getting out of your queen bed, but you might want to sneak out through a sliding door to the attached deck to get the full effect of the magnificent sunrise. Head up to the furnished, third-level tower to watch the sun set into the sound. This is also a great place to play games and do puzzles, surrounded by water views everywhere you look. On the first level, there's an oceanfront queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom and direct access to a deck overlooking the ocean. This room shares a hallway bathroom with the third bedroom on this floor, which has two twin beds and a slider to its own private deck. This vacation rental is a very short walk to the subdivision ocean boardwalk. The ground level has extensive concrete parking with two carports, two outside showers, a fish station, under under-house entry, and an extra-large concrete pool with deck furniture. The first level has a large game room with a pool table, dart board, TV, surround sound stereo, wet bar with a mini-fridge, full-size fridge, and elevator. All ceilings in Mas Tequila are 9' or higher. The second level has a laundry nook. The well-furnished third-story great room has cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and a 50' TV. MAS TEQUILA enjoys incredible ocean and sunset views from the large east and west furnished outside decks. A good-sized covered ocean deck offers plenty of sun protection. The large well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island bar. The over-the-top dining table shows extraordinary sunset views over the west deck. The fourth-story loft has a big game table, wet bar, futon couch, and deck access to panoramic ocean views.
