On the third floor, the kitchen is cavernous, with a breakfast bar for back-seat cooks. The enormous great room has all the space you need to spend treasured moments with family. The dining area is just off the kitchen. Stunning ocean vistas set the backdrop for the entire third floor. A screened porch with a picnic table and a furnished sundeck grace this level. From the third level is a set of stairs leading to a fourth level loft with dramatic vistas. The skytop deck above the screened porch offers expansive ocean vistas.
