Designed to have you feeling comfortable from the moment you drop your bags, each bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and offers a private bath, two of the suites offer ocean views and direct access to the deck through sliding glass doors. You don't get the name Sunrise by not offering stunning sunrise views. Start each day bright and early, coffee in hand, while you sit out on the top floor deck to admire the sun rising over the horizon as it paints the sky with shades of pink and orange.

The ground floor includes a rec room, a wet bar, and a media den that is furnished with a pyramid bunk, twin-size trundle, and a sleepsofa. The rec room has a multi-cade arcade game and a seating area with a high-top table making this a fun and central spot for your entire group to spend time together playing a game of cards or just catching up and sharing in conversation. The nearby wet bar is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and a sink, and offers a pass-through window over the sink that makes it a breeze to pass snacks and cold beverages to those hanging out poolside. The pool area is on the west side of the house which means it gets sun well into the later afternoon hours. The fully-fenced backyard area includes a private pool, hot tub, and poolside seating.

Ascend to the top floor and enjoy the wide open space that is the great room, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen offers a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, Keurig, winecooler, and the large island is where you'll find a sink and dishwasher. Food storage won't be a problem with the adjacent pantry available. The great room faces the ocean and will have you enjoying top-notch views through the large sliding glass door that leads out onto the deck. Should you have to hop on your laptop or take a phone call while out-of-town, there is an office located on the top floor that can be closed off and provides a desk and chair. A king bedroom finishes off this floor with a private bath, and close access to a deck that overlooks the pool area.
