This first floor is comprised of generous sleeping arrangements including two oceanside king bedrooms, both with views and private baths, one with whirlpool tub. The children's area is comprised of two bedrooms, one furnished with two twin beds and one with two twin bunks. These two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom. All bedrooms provide TVs and direct access to the generous wraparound covered deck that has access to the ground level. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on this floor.

An open great room with hardwood floor and expansive vaulted ceilings awaits you on the second level. Oceanside windows provide picturesque water views to be enjoyed throughout your stay. The living area features a wet bar, sectional couch, flat screen TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace. The dining area has a table with seating for six, a pub table with seating for two, and provides access to the screened-in porch. The contemporary kitchen leads in functionality by providing plentiful cabinets for storage, abundant countertops and appliances, Keurig in addition to regular coffeemaker, and an island with bar seating for four. Steps lead up to a large lofted den with heightened views, an oversized armchair, and a TV for endless entertainment. A half bathroom is centrally located on this level. Relaxation awaits you on the upper level deck, where you can enjoy sun kissed days and relaxing evening from the ocean-facing hot tub.

Golf carts: All golf carts operated by guests in Schooner Ridge must be street-legal and licensed. Street-legal golf carts are allowed to be driven on Duck Road. All other golf carts are not allowed in Schooner Ridge and must be driven on side streets only in other subdivisions. Golf carts are never allowed on sidewalks.
