Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, access to private deck and private bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub, King Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, deck access and semi-private bathroom (second door to hallway) and a Bedroom with Daybed, Trundle and flat-screen TV. Up a half flight of stairs is a half bath. 

Top Level: Open great room with 47" flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo and wood fireplace, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dining area seating 8, breakfast table seating 4 and deck access. Loft with table and 4 chairs.  King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, access to private deck with sound vistas and private bathroom with double vanity and jetted tub. 

Extras: Private salt-water pool (32 x 16, heated for $500), Hot Tub, high speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, gas grille, cornhole boards, hammock swing, infant gate, wood fireplace, linens and towels supplied and community pool and tennis. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

After confirming your reservation you’ll receive a link to start choosing COMPLIMENTARY beach gear to accent your Outer Banks Vacation! You can choose from bicycles, umbrellas, gas grille, chairs, kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, body boards and much more! *Delivery Fees may apply! (this service is not supplied on reservations made with any 3rd event booking sites)

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
