This fantastic oceanfront vacation home offers alluring ocean views and is complete with many amenities, including a 29'x13' private (heated) pool, a private hot tub, game room with a pool table and a wet bar, a gourmet kitchen with 2 dishwashers, a gas grill, and access to dune-top deck to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise!

For the kids and young at heart, SAILS-2 offers a spacious game and media room equipped with a pool table, big screen SMART TV ( 3D soundbar, and hookups for gaming systems), Arcade1Up game consoles, and a high-fi stereo for the pool area. Free WiFi includes ethernet cable access to modem! Also, you can head out front to the new putting green for some practice before a family putt putt tournament. Additionally, this area has been outfitted with a fridge, a sink and a small microwave for popping popcorn for your favorite movies. Everyone in the family can watch movies, play games, and connect wireless to friends and family back home.

For your convenience, SAILS-2 provides a Culligan water cooler and one complimentary 5 gallon bottle of premium Culligan drinking water per week. Additional bottles can be provided weekly at a nominal cost. A coffee bar with multiple brewing options has also been added in the gourmet kitchen for convenience. Make the perfect cup of coffee or whole carafes, or use one of the several large traditional brewers to get yourself ready for a day at the beach or to accompany an awesome sunrise over the ocean.

Located at MP 17 in the desirable town of South Nags Head, this home is close to amazing seafood restaurants, the Outlets Nags Head, and many family-friendly activities, including go karts, bumper boats, mini-golf and more. Just down the street is Jennette's Pier, ideal for fishing or surfing! Take your catch back to the house and prepare it on the fish cleaning table, then throw it on the grill for a delicious dinner! Visit the town of Manteo, where you will find the Elizabethan Gardens, and the longest-running outdoor symphonic drama in the nation, The Lost Colony play. About 6 miles North on the Bypass, you'll find Jockey's Ridge Park, home to the tallest living sand dune on the east coast. Learn more about the first successful airplane flight at the Wright Brothers National Memorial and enjoy the Museum and Monument. And for those longer day trips, this home is conveniently located on Hwy. 12 South towards Hatteras Island, where you and your family can explore the Frisco Native American Museum, the Chicamacomico Life Saving Station in Rodanthe, and of course the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in Buxton! The private pool is open from Mid-April to Mid-October. Pool heat is available for $350 from mid-April - June 1st and from August 31st - late September.

Sheets and towels are also provided for full-week rentals.

SAILS-2 offers an active military, law enforcement, and first responder discount on full-week rental for arrivals between mid-October through mid-March.
