Overview
Welcome to Plover Place, where you're right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean, with a private pool in your backyard, five spacious and welcoming bedrooms, and so much more to enjoy during your stay. Draped in shades of blue and white, with calming coastal decor throughout, the vacation vibes certainly run high. There is an open-concept top floor where you'll find the great room, dining area, kitchen, and a lofted sitting area - all with amazing views of the horizon. A large room on the ground floor features an arcade game, comfy seating, a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator, and laundry facilities. The middle and top floors have east-facing decks with Polywood seating to enjoy the refreshing breeze off the ocean. One of the most desirable hangout spots at Plover Place is the fenced backyard with a private pool that has an in-pool wet deck, a hot tub, many outdoor seating options, a poolside cabana bar/lounge with a wet bar and a Smart TV, and a gas grill for some tasty meals all week long. A short walk north will put you at the 5th Street beach access, where you can enjoy your vacation days on the shore watching the waves roll in, soaking up the sun.

The ground floor offers an arcade game, a mounted Smart TV, loveseat and armchair seating, a wet bar with a sink and a full-sized refrigerator (icemaker in freezer), and a washer/dryer.
Outside, there is much to enjoy during your stay. A private pool that can be heated for an additional fee, a hot tub, many poolside seating options, and a poolside cabana bar/lounge with a dining table and stools, a Smart TV, and a wet bar with a sink and full-sized refrigerator. The refrigerator in the cabana is the perfect spot to store drinks and snacks you want easily accessible while hanging out outside during your vacation days and nights. A gas grill is located near the pool and makes it easy to cook up some food for the group to enjoy while they're having some fun in the sun, and cornhole is stored in the carport.

The middle floor offers a variety of sleeping options. There are two king bedrooms with private baths and smart TVs. A third king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin bunks share nearby access to a bathroom accessible from the hallway. A sliding glass door on the east end of the house leads to the first floor deck with Polywood seating.

The top floor is where you'll find the great room, kitchen, dining area, and a lofted sitting area with incredible views of the ocean. The great room is furnished with an L-shaped sectional, two armchairs, and a large Smart TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, oven, two coffee makers (Keurig and drip), and several small appliances for ease in meal prep, such as a griddle and a crockpot. Above the great room is a lofted sitting area with a sofa, armchair, Smart TV, and, most importantly, elevated views towards the ocean that paint the surrounding windows with beautiful shades of blue. A king bedroom with a private bath and a Smart TV round out this level.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Please note: The fireplace in the great room is not available for guest use.
