The only thing between you and the Ocean is a handsome, vegetated dune. You are steps away from the beach. This condo is gorgeously decorated from top to bottom with alluring furnishings, linens and accessories. Community amenities include a huge, Oceanfront swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts and picnic area and Oceanfront gazebo. Its central location in Duck is only a short walk away from shopping and eateries. This is a ideal setting for the ideal vacation for a modest family or a hideaway for two.

Single Level Condo: Outside amenities include a community pool, 2 beach access, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area, park grilles, 2 Oceanfront gazebos, and a sand volleyball court. Inside you'll find the great room with 40" TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, stereo with CD, kitchen, dining room seating for 6, King Master Bedroom with 32" TV/DVD and a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks (full on bottom, single on top) and 19" TV/DVD.

Extras: 3 TVs, 3 DVD players (1 Blu-Ray), shared laundry (ground level/coin operated), stereo with CD, high-speed wireless internet access, book library, pack-n-play, games, parking for 1 car designated (additional guest parking in community lot and community pool and tennis), linens and towels included and public water. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
