Freshly refreshed kitchen, dining table seating 6, half bath and laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and freshly updated private bathroom and a Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, Bunk Set, flat-screen TV, private deck and private bathroom.

Extras: 3 flat-screen TVs, high speed internet, wood-burning fireplace, patio, gas grille, high chair, pack-n-play, Keurig, washer/dryer, linens and towels included and parking for 2 cars. 2 Pool Passes available for a $50 Cash deposit to gain access to the Community Pool (refunded when returned). Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not offer beach chairs or an outside shower. 

Sandpiper Cay amenities include a community pool (closing 9/22/24), tennis court, pickleball court and basketball hoop. 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
