The sunsets are spectacular, and you can savor star watching from the front deck with a view of the lighthouse. Walk, bicycle or take the community trolley (seasonal) to all of the amenities in this fabulous, family friendly community.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an enclosed outside shower and park-style charcoal grille. Garage with beach chairs.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom, Queen Master Bedroom with private bathroom including a jetted tub, separate shower and deck access, Bedroom with a DuoBunk (double on bottom, single on top) and deck access shares a full hall bathroom with a Queen Bedroom with deck access. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen intelligent TV/DVD, stereo with CD, deck access and a game nook with a 4-person table. (note: gas fireplace is not for guest use). Roomy kitchen with plenty of counter space and prep sink to prepare huge meals for the whole family to appreciate. Dining room seating for 8, half bathroom and Ships Watch. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
