Whispering Sands Community is a completely non-smoking community. No smoking of any kind will be permitted on the grounds, decks, walkways, or parking lots. Please respect the community rules.

In 2024, the community pool was open from May 11th to October 12th. Opening and closing dates for 2025 will be provided when made available by the HOA.

Sheets and Towels are not provided but can be added to any reservation for a fee. No pets, please.

This home offers an active military, police, and firefighter discount. Offer cannot be combined with any other discount. Guest must provide valid active identification. Please call our office at 252-441-7033 for details.
