Improvements for 2024 include streaming services being available on all TVs, new carpet throughout, as well as the top-floor living room, kitchen, and dining area all having entirely new floors.

The first level has oceanside decking to take advantage of the gorgeous views. The second-story great room with tall cathedral ceilings is a perfect location to begin and end every delightful beach day. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and great access to the dining area, screened porch, and southern sun deck. The living area has warm furnishings and access to sun decks. After a day of windsurfing, swimming, or fishing, relax in the private hot tub on the screened porch.

Additional amenities include free WiFi and cable, central air-conditioning, and an outdoor shower.
