Indoor fun begins in the lower level rec room with a pool table, seating, and a mounted TV. Laundry facilities are located on this floor, as well as a second full-size refrigerator. Rec room doors open to a carport with two outdoor showers, a grill for casual BBQ meals, and a private pathway that beckons you to the dune-top sun deck with built-in seating to overlook beach activities. Steps lead down to the shoreline for daily sunbathing, leisurely strolls, beach combing, ghost crabbing adventures, and frolicking in the rolling surf.

The mid-level is completely dedicated to sleeping accommodations. Two delightful children's suites with private baths are on this floor. One is furnished with two twin beds and a TV, and the second is equipped with two twin bunks. A central hallway provides easy access to the oceanfront covered deck to relax and enjoy refreshing ocean breezes.

Sofa and armchair seating and a cozy rug are positioned in front of a seasonal gas fireplace, built-in shelves lined with books, and a 46" HDTV with Bluray player. A half bathroom is centrally located. Doors open to a fully furnished sun deck with seating and a picnic table to capture unforgettable ocean views and cooling coastal winds.
The efficient kitchen overlooks the great room and features ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, a refrigerator with icemaker, range/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig. Tucked behind the kitchen is a loft furnished with a sofa, TV, and desk with chair, creating the perfect getaway for quiet time alone. An oceanview dining table has seating for ten guests, and informal seating for four is available at the kitchen bar. A king suite completes the top floor and is furnished with seating and a flatscreen TV.
