The double-sided gas fireplace takes the chill off of cool fall evenings, so this house is perfect for shoulder-season gatherings. Top Level: A bright and airy great room with a two-sided gas fireplace; a three-panel sliding glass door and windows reveal a breathtaking ocean view; a family room off the great room with a pocket door for privacy, a fireplace, a 65-inch TV, a DVD player, and a stereo; a custom game/puzzle table with banquette seating; a kitchen with a 28-inch TV visible from the kitchen and great room; a breakfast bar with seating for four; a dining area with seating for eight; a half-bath; a screened porch with two rockers; and a large oceanside deck with Adirondack furniture and a picnic table hosting fantastic ocean views.

Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.
Fireplaces are available from November 1 through April 1.
