The under house entry takes you to the first level. A laundry room is on this level for your convenience. There is a split staircase and the left side leads to a queen bedroom with a private deck entrance and a flat screen TV. There is a full bath with shower on this level. The right side of the staircase leads to a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and TV. There is a full bath on this level. Another split stair case leads to a queen bedroom with a private deck entrance, ocean views, and a flat screen TV. The right side of the split goes to the kitchen level. There is seating at a breakfast bar and the kitchen is fully equipped. Up just a few more steps from the kitchen is the living area. There are two new sofas, flat screen TV, and a deck entrance with delightful ocean views. The deck has seating and a picnic table so you can enjoy sunrise and watch the stars at night! On the ground level is an outdoor shower and a gas grill. Parking is limited to one car under house and one in the driveway. No telephone at the property.
