OBX Perfect Landing is the perfect landing for your OBX beach vacation! You will fall in love with our newly built luxury cottage, large fenced back yard, gorgeous ocean views, and convenient oceanside location at MP 5 "between the highways". Located at milepost 5.0 in the heart of the Outer Banks, OBX Perfect Landing is one block from the beach. Our home has cozy spaces both inside and out, a fenced back yard, ocean views from both levels, and easy access to the beach and restaurants within walking/biking distance. OBX Perfect Landing is not your typical OBX beach cottage. It was built in 2016 to the highest standards on an elevated lot. The first level has the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite, walk in laundry room, and a powder room. Upstairs has two lovely bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom and plenty of closet and storage space. The east bedroom has phenomenal ocean views. The ground level has a bath and bonus room with a double/single bunk bed.
