At The Ward House, you're sure to have a vacation full of memories that'll last a lifetime. Several features set this home apart! The fenced backyard has a large private pool, there is plenty of grass for yard games, the top level of the detached garage offers a separate sleeping area, gathering areas and deck space on each floor, an elevator that travels to every floor, and all of the bedrooms have an attached bath, most being private baths. This home is only a short distance (0.3 miles) from the nearest public beach access located at the end of Sea Shell Lane and a little over a mile from an access with parking just south of Yaupon Lane.

As you enter through the front door, the rec room is straight ahead with a pool table, shuffleboard, an arcade game, a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave, and a mounted Smart TV surrounded by sofa and armchair seating. French doors on the opposite side of the rec room lead you to the backyard that invites all of your party to take a dip in the sparkling private pool immediately. Bedding accommodations on the ground floor include a bedroom with two XL twins and direct access to a shared bath that can also be accessed via the hallway. The twin beds can be converted to a king bed with advance notice. The bathroom on the ground floor is outfitted for those that have special needs with a roll-under sink and a roll-in shower.
The backyard is likely where your vacation group is going to want to spend all their vacation days! A large private pool, measuring 15' x 30', takes centerstage and is surrounded by poolside loungers, a covered outdoor sectional and dining area, seating under a poolside pergola, and a huge grassy yard for all the outdoor fun you can hope for. An enclosed outdoor shower, grill area, and another outdoor seating area are located over by the garage. A half bath located in the garage has an exterior door across from the outdoor shower.

The first floor is a balance between gathering areas and bedrooms. A centrally located den offers a loveseat, an armchair, a large bookcase, and direct deck access. Three bedrooms on this level include one king with a private bath and two queens with private baths. The bathroom in the king bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms are outfitted with shower/tubs. The second queen bathroom has a custom-tiled walk-in shower. All three bedrooms have mounted Smart TVs. Laundry facilities are available on this level. At the end of the hallway is a door that leads to the covered deck that overlooks the pool and has stairs that lead down to the pool area.
The top level of the detached garage is a separate sleeping/gathering area. Stairs from the backyard take you up to a large deck that is on the west side of the garage and leads into a space that sleep eight guests with three daybeds, each with a twin trundle (six twin beds), and a queen murphy bed. There is also an L-shaped sectional, a Smart TV, a private bath with a walk-in shower, and a large closet area for storage. Please note that the ground level of the garage is not available for guest use.

The open concept top floor offers a calming and coastal-inspired gathering area for your group to fit comfortably while planning each day and chatting about it at day's end. The great room offers plenty of seating and a large Smart TV. French doors open to a covered deck that overlooks the backyard. The dining area is tucked within a wide nook off the kitchen and surrounded by windows for the best natural light. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large island for food prep that doubles as additional seating for shared meals. Centrally located is a half bath for those who are spending time on the top floor. Rounding out this level is a king bedroom with a large walk-in closet, a large private bath with a custom tiled walk-in shower, and a private deck.

Garage: The ground floor of the garage is not available for guest use, except for the half bath accessible by an exterior door near the outdoor shower. There is a set of stairs on the backside of the garage that leads to the top floor. The top floor is one large room with three daybeds, three twin trundles, a sectional, a Smart TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
