Bay Drive is also a great place to go for a run! This home is also just 4 to 5 blocks from the beach!  Appreciate it all and stay fit while on vacation with your own exercise area.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a huge entirely gated yard with patio and fire pit, side yard with picnic table, outside shower and parking for 4 cars. Inside you’ll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Double Sleep Couch, bar area with seating for 2, dart board and patio access. Exercise area with a stair climber, rower, elliptical, complimentary weights and outside fenced yard access. Queen Bedroom with TV, full hallway bath and laundry with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access with seating and gas grille. Recently refreshed kitchen, dining area seating 6, California King Bedroom with flat-screen TV,  Queen Bedroom and a full hallway bathroom.

Extras: 4 TVs, 2 DVD players, stereo, gated yard, patio with fire pit, high speed internet access, enclosed outside shower, dart board, stair climber, rower, elliptical, complimentary weights, infant gate, washer/dryer, gas grille and linens and towels supplied. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
