On those days you want to be outdoors but have had enough of the outside elements, spend some time on one of the 2 screened in porches and kick back with your newspaper or favorite read. You will have plenty of additional room to bring back all of the souvenirs that the Outer Banks has to offer, especially since there are no linens to pack as this home provides them for you!

Top Level: Screened porch entry. Great room with huge flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD, kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining room seating 7 and access to oceanfront screened porch. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
