This vacation home comes with striking sound and pool vistas that can be seen from multiple decks and enormous two story windows. This roomy, modern beach home has over 3100 square feet and features huge, open floor plan with soaring ceilings, great outdoor spaces and big, comfortable furnishings.  The handsome mile-long Duck Boardwalk, eateries and stores are just a short bicycle ride away. Quack. Quack. Duck is where it's at! 

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport with covered seating and an outside shower.  Entry level with laundry area including a washer and dryer. 

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8 with deck access, half bathroom and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access with a hammock. Outside you'll find plenty of sitting areas for calming and the grille area complete with picnic table. 

Top Level: Recroom with a flat-screen TV and foosball table. King Bedroom with flat- screen TV, sitting area, private deck access with sound vistas that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with a DuoBunk. Bedroom with 2 Singles with a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas) and a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access with sound vistas. 

Extras: 4 TVs, high speed internet access, foosball table, gas grille, outside shower, hammock, infant gate, picnic table, pack-n-play, parking for 5 cars and linens and towels supplied and Osprey community pool. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fireplace is not for guest use. 

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
