Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a carport, outside shower, charcoal grille, 2 picnic tables, huge deck area and a walkway from the home to the community walkway for simple beach access. Inside you'll find a Den with flat-screen TV/DVD, Queen Sleep Couch, pub table seating 2, patio deck access, full size refrigerator and a modest ice chest / freezer (enormous enough for a few bags of ice).  Full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer. 

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private deck access, Queen Master Bedroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus deck access.  The hot tub sits on this sizable mid level deck. 

Top Level: Great room with a flat-screen TV/ Blu-Ray DVD, sound bar and deck access. Well equipped kitchen with counter seating for 2, dining area seating 12 with access to a covered deck with a picnic table and grille and a half bath.  King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD, full private bathroom and private deck access. 

Extras: Hot Tub, 4 TVs, 3 DVD players, Beach storage locker #19 to store beach gear at the beach (code to locker is at the property), sound bar, high speed internet, Keurig Coffee maker, high chair, infant gates, picnic table, charcoal grille, 2 fridges, modest ice chest freezer, outside shower, parking for 5-6 cars, linens and towels supplied and Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 12. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
