Mid Level: The middle level is all about comfort and coziness. Here, you’ll find five handsomely decorated bedrooms and three full baths. The King master suite features a private bathroom, deck access with impressive beach vistas, and tasteful nautical decor. Another King bedroom also opens to the deck and connects to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The Queen bedroom is inviting and comfortable, and it shares a bathroom with a Pyramid bunk room (Twin over Queen) that’s ideal for the kids. A second Pyramid bunk room (Twin over Double) offers additional space, and every bedroom is filled with natural light, equipped with intelligent TVs, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation.

Top Level: The home really comes to life on the top floor. This bright and airy space has an open floor plan that’s ideal for gathering. The living area is furnished with ample seating for everybody to relax. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s delight with sleek stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and all the tools you’ll need to whip up island-inspired meals. Step outside onto the broad deck to appreciate gorgeous ocean vistas and the invigorating salt air. There’s no better spot to watch the magical sunrises that make Hatteras Island so special.

Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds, and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds, in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days to avoid cancellation. During the booking process, you will be asked to enter a credit card number, and nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance and other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and entirely submit payment.
