All bedrooms and the den have doors to the wraparound deck with hot tub, porch furnishings, swing and stairwell to pool.

Top Level: There's plenty of  room to gather in the Great Room/Kitchen with generous natural light, brand new floors, high ceilings, plush seating, flat-screen TV, half bath and access to a furnished sun deck with gas grille and furnished screened-in porch. The freshly refreshed kitchen overlooks the great room offering new stainless-steel appliances, 2 dishwashers, dining room seating for 12 and casual seating for 3 at the island. Steps lead up the the ship's loft with desk and seating. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
