Just 3 tons from the ocean leaves only a short walk to the beach. Ground level features a carport, fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, charcoal grille, and a 7-person hot tub. The first level master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Additional first level bedrooms have one with a queen bed and one with a single and pyramid bunk. These two bedrooms share a bath. The upper level has a sunny, cavernous living room with tons of seating, a dining area seating up to 10 people, kitchen and second master bedroom with a queen bed and bath. Just off the dining area is a screened porch with table and chairs for dining. Decks on both levels provide access to appreciate those fantastic vistas. New for 2024: This year brings a new bedroom layout. The lower level master bedroom, currently a queen, will now feature a king bed. The bedroom with two singles will be converted to a queen bedroom. New for 2023: Shifting Sands will have an elevator for guest use. New 7-person hot tub. New home décor and new Intelligent TVs with Roku Streaming capability. Smoking no longer allowed.
